Submitting an enquiry form on our website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal written quote, signed by an authorised representative of Buildtastic Limited, is required before any work commences. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

All building work carried out by Buildtastic Limited is performed by or under the supervision of Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) registered with the New Zealand Building Practitioners Board. All works comply with the New Zealand Building Act 2004, the Building Code, and all relevant consenting requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is the property of Buildtastic Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
